Happy Earth Day!

A very jolly Happy Earth Day to you and your family!
Earth Day is designed to inspire awareness and appreciation for the Earth’s environment. However, for me, Earth Day is Everyday.
So, what is your plan to commemorate Earth Day?
Our department is organising  EPD Hunt (a mini treasure hunt) for our staff during [...]

Who’s a Tiger? I Am!

Three of us in the family were born in the year of the tiger. My Dad, my eldest sister and I. Apparently, those born in the year of the tiger have characteristics which include bravery (grrrr!), sensitivity (oucchh…) and confidence, and thought to be bold, powerful and adventurous. However, tigers are prone to be [...]

Earth Hour 2009

We spent Earth Hour at The Waterfront, KK. When the lights were switched off, it was really a lovely ambience with only candles lit by the outlets’ folks. It feels good to be part of a global effort to send a message to our world leaders on the needs to find fast solutions to climate [...]

Support Earth Hour on 28 March!

If you’re in KK, most of the outlets at the Waterfront, Le Meridien and Jesselton Point will be switching off their lights on 28 March, Saturday.
I hope Ted will be ok by then so my family and I can join the gathering at Waterfront. Or else, we’ll be Earth Hour-ing at home….

The good news is… I’m feeling much better this week! Well, I still have my super nose but not so super anymore..  Went to [...]
