I’m one of those unlucky ones who haven’t had the chance (YET!) to experience harvesting (mongomot, in Kadazan) paddy. How sad is that? The only consolation I have is that I’ve planted (mananom) paddy (many years ago) along with the experience being covered in mud and all.
